Prices in euro for 7 nights including heating, water and electricity costs. Bed linen not included. A refundable deposit of  300 Euro per studio/apartment is payable on arrival by Credit card. Arrival at 5 p.m. and departure at 9 a.m. every Saturday. On departure, tenant responsible for final clean-up and leaving apartment and its contents in tidy and proper order for next occupant. Visitor tax : 0,90 euro per pers/night.
